There are seven main parts in this paper. The first part explains the background , the purpose, the theoretic and practical meaning of this research. The second part is the theoretic basic and research method of this paper. First, several typical theories of nternational trade comparative advantage are discussed. Secondly, six kind of mensuration means and two indexes of bilateral trade comparative advantage are analyzed to clarify their virtue and limitation. Finally, the research method of this paper and its new viewpoints are enucleated.
