This paper mainly deals with how enterprises deploy E-Commerce on thebasis of managment information system. The author first studies the softwareand hardware on which E-Commerce bases and several basic safety techniqueincluding encoding, register and electrical certificate etc. from the praCticalcircumstance in China. Then the author explains the comprehensive safetytechnique such as SET and firewall. In this paper the author analyses the defectof former information system and then presents the importance of developingE-Commerce and how to develop it. With an urgent task in mind which is howto make duties on line for enterprises, the author explains how to make dutiesthrough intemet for enterprises in detail and illustrates the design method,conditions and technique utilized in system. The deployment of this system willgreatly raise the effect and sharp the burden of duty branch. This system can beput into pracical use. In the last chapter of this paper, the author explains theB/S structure used on online taxation and makes some suggestions on how todevelop the management information system with B/S structure.
