| At present, the road construction is so overloaded that the debt is accumulated, at the same time, the risk of bank finance is thicker and thicker. According to these realities, this paper analyses and predicts the present situation and the future trends of road debts, expounds the necessity, the feasibility and the potential dangerous impacts in road construction with higher debt funds, presents the evaluation indicators of the road debt risk. Combined with optimization theoiy of fund structure, the method to determine the best road risk scope in road construction project and countermeasures to alleviate or even eliminate the road finance risks are presented. Finally, the writer also maintains positive analyses on the basis of the whole country and Hebei province. |
