The 21st Century, The Chinese Government And Public Administration Reform A Number Of Issues To Study

The thesis mainly focuses on studies of many public administration reforms problems on the condition of socialist market economy. Firstly, the paper elaborates the fundamental theories on public administration, which contain public administration thoughts in East and West, guiding theories for Chinese public administration reforms. Secondly, expounds government administration reforms under circumstances of socialist market economy, and finds out reforms emphasis and focal points, achievements and deeper layers of contradicts to be solved ,on the basis of penetrating present situation of reforms. Finally, puts forward some thinkings on the problems of administration reforms , aiming at existing problems. They includes problems as follows: world future modle of public administration for our reference ; administration according to law; the construction of public administration culture; government informationization; and public policy appraisal. In the thesis, trying to elaborate how to push public administration reforms forward smoothly by means of comprehension and objection ,and hoping to do one bit for Chinese public administration development facing new century.
