| The application of internet technology in the field of social economy incited a deep revolution. As one of the typical representatives of Internet Enterprises, corn company aroused a tide of investment, but simultaneously leaved a lot of problems to solve. This thesis tried to study the operating mode of the .com company and other relative issues, with the hope of providing theoretical analysis and practical research for the operation and management of .com companies.
