Traditional Enterprises Involved In E-commerce Risk Analysis

The development of Electric Comxnerce(E-commerce) have brought great impact on traditional enterprises in these few years, so they should not only notice the chance E-commerce have produced, but also realize the risk in them. E-coninierce emerged and developed in some Europe and America developed countries, the business management. administrative organization business culture and social environment in which E-commerce roots have lots of difference with our country. Then if we follow them blindly ignoring the objective reality. We are bound to bring risks to those companies. In this thesis, after analyzing risks which traditional enterprises is facing, we mainly discuss the methods and the ways about how to prevent risks, we also give some advice about improving E-commerce development of our traditional enterprises.
