Administrative Contract Research

Administrative contract has been accepted as effective administrative device to enforce public policy in recent years. At the same time, administrative contract need the adjustment of law as the other administrative actions. To begin with, the author analyzes the trait of administrative contract by way of comparing the administrative contract systems of western countries. Then, the author discusses several special questions in this subject in the RPC. Finally, tbe author proposes a theoretical framework for the construction of administrative contract system in our country.
