Sichuan Province, The National Economy And Indirect Economic Benefits Of A Number Of Issues

The research of indirect economic effect is significant to upgrade the national economic growth and adjust industrial structure. According to the analysis model of indirect economic effect and the data of the Sichuan province input-output of 1987, 1990, 1992, 1995, 1997, transmission coefficient of economic effect about 6 department and 33 department on Sichuan province is calculated, meanwhile, the total direct economic effect and the total indirect economic effect of Sichuan national economy for ten years are counted and their tendency is analyzed. It is found that the total economic effect presents ascending. On basis of this, the variations of the direct economic effect and the indirect economic effect about each department are studied respectively. It shows that the economic effect of each department had changed greatly along the change of their position and effect on national economy for ten years. The transmission structure of Sichuan indirect economic effect is changing. In order to remark the contribution of each department on national economy better and analyze their effect on national economy, several evaluation indexes and a synthetical evaluation model are given according to the economic meaning of transmissive indirect economic effect and 3 obtained economic effect, at the same time, three representative department. agriculture, telecom manufacturing, finance industry and insurance are analyzed and evaluated specially using synthetical evaluation model. It is known that their effect type on national economy is converting: agriculture is changing from propel model to drive model; the drive effect of telecom manufacturing is strengthen gradually; the operating quality of finance industry and insurance is descending. These quantitative conclusions are meaningful to remark the effect of department on national effect correctly and make industrial policy. The effect type of each department on national economy is studied and act fashion index and act size index are given based on some nature of indirect economic effect, in the meanwhile, a classification model of department which classify each department nine types is built according as these two indexes. It is found that the effect type of each department is changing with the development of national economy. Through the calculating and analyzing of economic effect and the comprehension of indirect economic effect, the rationalizing way of industrial structure is given and concrete analysis of industrial structure adjustment is done. The analysis presents that the preferential development of some department has upper limit. Below it, the preferential development could have make industrial structure from unreasonable to reasonable, on the contrary, from reasonable to unreasonable. This result provides a way of thinking to adjust industrial structure.
