China Dalian International Cooperation (group) Corporations'earnings Development Strategy

The research object of the article is China Dalian International Cooperation (Group) Holdings Ltd.(herein after called Dalian International), the company deals in foreign economy and trade. Used the knowledge of company strategy and the knowledge of management and started the analysis from the company environment, the article systematically analyzes macroscopic environment for the company, the competitive environment for the industries, and the strategic situation for the company. The main business capacity of alian international?relying on policy is weaken, and new capacity has not formed. So the total developing strategy is multi-operation, specialization development, consolidation the key capacity of the company by increasing and enlarging the original businesses, in the mean time, the company will stride forward to high technology area, such as biology medicine, and bring up new capacity. 3. The strategy of alian International is the turnover will be Y250,000,000.00 in 2005, and will go into the first 7 companies among the first 50 foreign economy and trade companies. In 2010, the turnover will be Y400,000,000.0O, and it will be up to the first 5 companies.
