Civil Law Protection Of Personality Rights Of A Number Of Issues

As one of fundamental rights of civil law, right of personality is main manifestation of personal right and combined nearly with civil subject. Right of personality, inherent right of civil subject, maintains his independent personality including rights of personal name, portraiture, reputation, privacy, and etc. It?s a principal right of citizens and legal person to enjoy, realize and maintain their independence of personality. Basic value of right of personality lies in realizing and maintaining fundamental rights based on living body of a human being. As the society develops, social and personal value of human as social subject becomes more and more important. As a result, to strengthen legal protection for right of personality is of momentous significance.
