Study Of The Growth And Development Of Property Management Companies

With the development of the real estate industry after innovation and open-the-door in China, property management has been paid more attention by people. But property management enterprises encountered a lot of problems because of its short history, lopsidedly developing in different areas in China and halfway innovating of the old real estate management system. How to settle those problems is the key of successful development for property management enterprises. And it has been paid great attention by the government whether or not the property management enterprises can be developed smoothly in respect that property management is related to millions of people. By looking back the origin and the development of property management abroad, the basic content, tenet and principles of the property management are analyzed in the thesis. It is suggested that property management enterprises must innovate themselves and reinforce themselves by issuing government policies according to the development history and encountered difficulties of property management enterprises in China. Therefore our property management level can be improved and our people can get more and better services.
