Wto Membership For State-owned Professional Foreign Trade Company And Its Countermeasures

China will joint WTO this year. And it will influence our economy very much, both opportunity and threaten. So how to deal with it is very important for us. With the development of foreign trade, it plays a more and more important role in our economy, and now export takes about 20% share of GDP of China. At the beginning foreign trade was monopolized by China National Foreign Trade Company completely. After reformation monopolization has been broken, but China National Foreign Trade Company still is the main force of foreign trade, taking about 50% share of total export of China. So it is very helpful to strengthen China National Foreign Trade Company to find out the opportunities and the threatens to China National Foreign Trade Company by analyzing the influence ofjointing WTO. From a point of macroscopical view, this thesis analyzes the international and domestic competitive condition and the influence of jointing WTO, points out the opportunities and the threatens to China National Foreign Trade Company, brings forward some practical countermeasures for China government and China National Foreign Trade Company.
