China's Urban Land Intensive Use Of Research

Abstract Influenced by the various aspects of history, artificiality and managerial system our intensified utilization of the urban lands is still at a low level, the utilization means are on a transition peroid from the extensive to the intensive ones in general. For these, the exploration of new ways for our urban lands intensified utilization is of great current significance to transforming the traditional ideas and accelerating the sustainable development of our cities. Found out from the development process of all the countries,the intensified utiliza- tion of urban lands is the general trend,and suits the lands economic rules and the devel- oprnent aims of our urban social economy. This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the forming reasons for the existing problems in the current utilization from various angles of history. economic systematic reform, planning, legal system and managerial system based on our national conditions ; makes a scientific demonstration that intensified utiliza- tion is the general trend of our future utilization,and its main operating means are to de- velop the replacement of urban commercial lands and lands systematization; sets a further foundation for the evaluation targets system and methods for our urban lands intensified utilization and points out corresponding counter梞easures and suggestions for how to re- alize our intensified utilization of urban lands.
