Part one is remark and analy;is about a few typical ideas at present. part two expounds the major contents of the basic principles of economical law--the principle of government's moderately interfering~ the principle of social benefit and the principle of commonly participating, part three expounds the functions of the basic principles of economical law-- legislative and judicial criterions optimally disposing social resources defending economical safety of state and mnintaining social stability and pushing on social changes, and puts forward hypothesis of economical law's evolutionary model on the basis of the lbnctions of legislative and judicial criterions.
