Priority To The Development Of Urban Public Transport

Passenger transportation system is one of the most important parts of city transportation system. This paper aimed at researching the theories and practices of preferential developing city pubic transportation from macroscopical points of view. This paper understands the present situation properly and discusses policies and means of transportation in the proceeding of preferential developing city pubic transportation. This paper does some work on establishing the scientific~ reasonable~ continual countermeasures.
