The Land System In China For Innovative Research

Land is one of the scarce natural resources that can't be manufactured, so land system is very important. In China, people pay close attention to rural land system, because 900 million people live in our countryside and the proportion of land to population is very small. Even though the contribution of the Household Responsibility System reform is great, because of its inner defects, bed effects and the contradiction between it and socialist market economic institution, the innovation about rural land system is becoming one of our significant study items.This paper mainly discusses some problems about innovating the rural land system. In part two, the rural land system is defined and five functions of the rural land system these are incentive, resources distribution, control, insurance and benefits allocation are summarized. Also the theory of institution innovation of the New Institution Economics is introduced. The part three analyses the inner defects and bad effects of the present rural land system. In the part four, the paper first forwards four principles about the innovation of rural land system. Then, six patterns are mentioned and briefly commented. Final, the share-cooperation system that is a goal mould of rural land system is sifted. In the part five, the paper discusses the condition that is indispensable and suggests some measures for putting the share-cooperation system into practice.
