IT, a developing industry, is getting to be a new economic increasing-point of a nation or region for its super-convention speed, rich earning and boundless prospects. Beginning from elaborating the elemental theory of modern marketing ,on the base of analyzing the concrete case of CSC ~. Greatwall and so on ,the paper discusses comprehensively and systematically brand-market on market research ,product mix and brand promotion for IT and how to develop brand-market step by step . At the same time, connected with west-development and the reality of electronic enterprises of Sichuan province, the paper takes the example of maipu and puts forward a proposal that how these enterprises develop theirs brand-market and gives a relevant model.
