Now our nation is facing the fact that the effective demand is insufficient. Starting consumption markets and enlarging domestic demands have already been the most important task to pull the economy forward. To develop consumption credit and to provide consumption with financial support and service can not only open up a commercial band's business scope, but also can adjust the balance between supply and demand. To develop consumption credit plays a vital important role in seeking national economic sustainable and steady growth. This thesis has significance in theoretical and practical meanings.On the basis of summarizing the contents, present situation and practical meaning's of consumption credit, this thesis the demands of consumption markets as a starting point, analyzing the favorable and disadvantageous marketing environment, analyzing and forecasting the present situation and the consumption demands?tendency of the 21 century both domestic and abroad. It takes the methods and experiences of other countries as the prerequisite, paying great attention to studying the marketing mechanism, operating methods and the key points on how to cultivate and develop our domestic consumption markets, elaborating the operating risks we will face and the measures we will take.The new ideas of the thesis: The author elaborates the basic contents and significance of consumption credit, puts forward the point of view that consumption credit is a kind of financial product and an important medium to achieve our national aim of macro-control; puts forward the thoughts of setting up and perfecting consumption market by setting up the so-called first and second marketing mechanism through which banks, insurance companies, and guarantee institutions can operate well; puts forward the measures which will be taken to avoid and prevent the risks during the course of developing consumption credit.
