OW TELECOM company is a communication equipment provider whosemajor product are Optical Transmission Terminal, Multi-Service Terminal, OWis also famous in developing and marketing super large integrated circuit. GWhas established for eight years, during these years it increased continuously andspeedily. In year 2000 GW's sales income reach 80 million RMB. As thecompany's scale enlarging, some problem restricting the development of thecompany appears and become more and more serious, such as imperfect qualitysystem, inflexible produce plan, bad quality of purchased product. This thesisfocuses on the quality management of the company.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the threestage of quality management development, the tool of quality management incommon use and the significance of quality management. The second partanalyses the problem appeared in company quality management and its reason.The third part lays down some methods and measures to improve qualitymanagement, putting forward that transform conception of quality andstrengthen quality system are the prerequisite and foundation of increasingquality management. It also raise improvement on optimize business process, onincrease working quality, on strengthen the choose, appraise and control of sub-supplier, on increase purchased product's quality, on strengthen the processcontrol, on enhance weld quality.
