| The building of socialist market economic system set an even higher demand on strengthening legal system building. In recent years, many domestic scholars have explored deploringly the ways to legislate, Perfect legal system and strengthen legal system building, which has given important scope to promoting the healthy development of socialist market economy. Taking Deng Xiao-ping's theory as direction, the article summarized the socialist market economic theory, explained t the concept of legal system, internal relations between market economy with legal system , and the general plan to run a country according to law under the condition of socialist market economy. Analyzed current situation of our legal system building, summarized the main achievement of legal system in the past 50 years, pointed out the problems and main reasons. Posed the measures in three respects of legislation and enforcing the law and judicature to strengthen socialist legal system building at the new period. |
