On The Recycling Of China's Commercial Banks And Client Manager System

This article is discussing the problem of system of client manager(SCM) and reengineering of commercial bank(RCB). It has introduced the theory of SCM and RCB prevailing in the world recently, for demonstrating the necessity of promoting SCM and RCB. Our country's commercial bank must advance RCB in order to survive the competition against overseas banks.
