From above, there are such conclusion: (1 )The state of Shanxi rural household human capital and economy development since reform and open, Shanxi rural household have large quantity and low quality on rural household human capital, employing concentrate on planting industry. Employment time on non- agriculture is larger than on agricultural and its concentrate degree is high too. Where mobile cope of human capital is narrow and native town and country is still its main employment region. Only concurrent business household take improving process degree of mechanization of agriculture as major objection of modernization of agriculture. Human capital take on trend of optimization allocate according market. Rural household of different category and culture differ obviously in economy development. (2)The varying law of human capital's structure Human capital structure is correspond to employment structure. Both olash each other, coordinately evolve and are restricted by market demand-supply structure. The state of upside down pyramid of human capital functional structure make it not optimization allocate with other resources, resulting in rural household econQmic benefit badly. It will promote rural household economic growth to sustainable educate on technology and culture, improve human capital price and strengthen its mobile.
