Business E-commerce In China's Logistics Model Study

Modern logistics is the key part of E-commerce and the base of successful implementing of E-commerce. Without the Modern logistics, the process of E-commerce will be not complete. But now our practical logistics is the bottleneck restricting the development of E-commerce. That how to organize the logistics system supporting the E-commerce is the question for the enterprises.Through probing into the modem logistics mode in the developed countries and the practices of enterprises in our country, this paper tries to give the detailed analyses on internal development and outsourcing, and puts forward a new mode (organizing logistics alliance). Then this paper sets up a new evaluation framework of the enterprise logistics strategy with method of ANP.
