Communist Party Of China's First Generation Of Collective Leadership Technology Thinking On The Analysis

The scientific and technological theory is a very important part of socialist construction theory. The quite systematic ideas of science and technology had been tentatively formed during the period of which the first generation leaders of party led the revolution and construction of China. They put forward directional guidance suggestion in the fields of the relations between science and technology and economic construction, and also in the field of science and technology itself. And they expounded profoundly a series of problems, such as the aim, policy, carrier and safeguard of science and technology. So the thought of development of science and technology was determined. And the undertakings of science and technology had been great developed during tens of years. Meanwhile, the modernization of science and technology of China had been laid a solid foundation. But the study on the ideas as a whole of the first generation leaders of party has not aroused the scholars' attention. Thus, based on large amounts of genuine materials, this paper tries to conducts a tentative study on this issue from many angels and from lots of science concerning history, politics, science and technology etc with the Lishi-weiwuzhuyi opinions.There are three parts in the paper. Taking the history as the main route, the first part systematically accounts for the historical course of ideas of the science and technology of the first generation leaders of party. It includes three stages, that is, the quest about the ideas in the course of the new-democratic revolution, the tentative turning in the first seven years after establishing the country and bascial turning during the ten years' of construction. The second part, the main part of the paper, chiefly explores the content of the ideas and analyzes the historical causes and significance of these ideas in theoretical and practical aspects. It contains four aspects, that is, the aim, policy, carrier and safeguard of the development of science and technology. The third part takes the experiences of the ideas of the first generation leaders of party and ponder over how to develop our scientificand technological undertakings better and more quickly. This part also contains three parts. The one is that we must pay attention to the science and technology as the first productive forces. Another is that we must treasure the knowledge and the talented persons. The last one is that we must conduct scientific and technological structure reforms.Conclusively, by trying to grasp the ideas of science and technology of the first generation leaders of party as a whole, the paper strives to analyze and appraise for this problem objectively. Through summarizing the historical experience, people can get some valuable theoretical suggestion for today's modernization of science and technology.
