Today, China has become the largest country of motor cycle outlay in the world. The outlay of motorcycle in China reaches 10 million and holds 50% of world outlay. Qingqi Group has been one of the best in this field. After over 40 years' development and nearly 10 years overseas market development, we have formed our own overseas marketing system and our own policy of overseas market development. However, we must be aware that the core competencies are comparatively low. Because of the great output and market saturation, the motorcycle factories always turn to price competition. And the trend gradually moved to world market from home market. These two years, Qingqi Group have found its overseas market development policy not so suitable, we are facing sever challenge. After China enters WTO and the recombination with SALIM Group of Indonesia, the overseas market development strategy of Qingqi Group will change significantly.The former one means that China joins world trade family. The whole circumstances changed fundamentally and the rule of the game also changed ultimately. Since then, the resources will have disposed within the whole world.The latter one shows that core competencies of Qingqi Group have upgraded and promoted. In order to earn both wins, we tried successfully to have strategy recombination. SALIM Group is a world famous corporation located inIndonesia, which was founded by Mr. Lin shaoliang. The Group owns nearly 1000 enterprises and covers agriculture, heavy industry, trade, finance, estate and so on. The recombination with SALIM Group will definitely lift our core competences.Our overseas market strategy will move from simplex factory foreign trade to multiple foreign trade of important target market.This article will discuss and analysis how to relocate and fix the foreign market strategy with concerned theory in the new historical times.
