On Some Problems In China's Administrative Reform

Along with the progress of the era, the trend of the global incorporate economy is more and more clear. Peace and development have became the top two matter. The government play more and more important role in the process of the world development. Administrative reformation became a popular measure that most of the government use it to treat the new situation. After twenty's administrative reformation, the system of the socialistic market economy in our country has set up and become more and more perfect. Chinese economy has been related with drastic international competition. As a part of political superstructure, the Chinese government must take the reformation to reply the new situation. In the other words, the administrative reformation is demanded greatly. From 1980's, three administrative reformations had been made in China. Now is the fourth. In order to ensure the administrative reformation can get the anticipative purpose, we should confirm the main content of the administrative reformation and the key to realize it. Before that, we must analyze the crisis and challenge that our government faced deeply. Then study carefully the decision-making in our administrative reformation, and exactly understand the resistance in it. Followed this thought, the article is divided into four parts:Part One: I will discuss the great change since the reformation and opening in China, and the new challenge that the Chinese government face in the new situation.Part Two: I will analyze the decision-making from two point, the one is confirming the strategic object of the administrative reformation, the other is treating and using for reference the foreign experience of the administrative reformation exactly.Part Three: There are some resistances in the process of the administrative reformation. In this section I will analyze them and bring some advice to eliminate them.Part Four: In this section I will discuss the main content of the administrative reformation in our country and how to realize them.
