By doing so, it can enhance the enterprise's strength and accomplishes its long-term goals.From the stock market the enterprises can finance and exchange their shares conveniently, so listed company take an important role in the action of M&A.M&A is a systematic engineering. Because of absence of relevant knowledge and effective action in M&A, many actors of M&A don't keep alert to avoid the traps, they don't select proper mode and they don't understand the criterion of the success of M&A. All of these lead to the distortion of M&A.
