| Constitutional relation, which focuses on civil rights and state powers, is the one of elementary scope of the science of constitution. The thesis discusses the concept, the subjects, the substance, the objects of constitutional relation and the constitutional fact that leads to the formation of constitutional relation. Based on the author's full understanding of the present situation of the constitutional relation in China, this thesis analyses the Chinese constitutional rights and powers and tries to propose the requirements for the realization of the constitutional relation, and offers the measures of their formation. |
