To study the legal education,we must study the judicial system before. For a state's legal system has a great effect on its legal education ,and how the legal education acts its role is usually decided by the nature of the legal system in a society.The judicial system lies in the centre of the legal system,thus it conducts the social demand of the legal profession and other gifts ,guiding the aim and the form of the legal education .On the other hand ,if the legal students perform unqualified ,they will do harm to the legal profession.whether the judicial system runs well,a critical factor depends on the quality of the lawyers .As the judicial system developing and changing ,it will lead to the legal education great change,and the legal education also requires adjusting itself.The article expounds around the thesis above including three parts ."The legal education bases on the judicial system'ls part one.Through the comparative of the judicial system and legal education,we can find that the judicial system dominates the legal education and the legal education should be required to fill the demand of the judicial system."The judicial system is conditioned by the legal education"is part two.The legal education provides the gifts and brains for the judicial system.When the legal education and the judicial system are out of step,there will be taken a great influence to the judicial system ."The judicial reforming and Chinese legal education's developing"is part three .The judicial reforming's aim is to realize the justice.Therefor the quality of the lawyers should be improved, and Chinese legal education system not only has to be adjusted partly,but also should be reformed wholely.
