| Legal succession system is an important part of succession system,and is one of the important subjects that many foreign and Chinese legalexpert are studying. After the enforcement on October 1,1985,the law of the People's Republic of China on succession has been forced existing many problems to be resolved .The essay tries to clarify the range and sequence of legal heirs in legal succession system and scientific nature,rationality and problems of succession by subrogation and subsuccession through the comparison between Chinese and foreign succession system. Meanwhile,it also puts forward some personal ideas about perfecting our legal succession system and conflicts and settlement principle of regional succession legislation. |
