The essay starts at the point of the combination of agricultural investments and stock market, showing that traditional agricultural is on its way to modern agricultural by gaining supports in capital and system through the stock market.Chapter one analyses the present situation and prevailing trend of China's agriculture. China's agriculture has reached a new phase that the balance between market supply and demand has replaced that previous lack of supply in agricultural products. Many problems confronted by China's agriculture are to solved through policy, technology and investment.Chapter two describes the sources of investment total amount and structure of China's agriculture, and also are the main problems in agricultural investment such as low investment, unscientific structure and unwholesome investment construction analyzed.How to increase effective agricultural investment? At the beginning of chapter three, the development of stock market and the situation of how agriculture is using the stock market in China are given an overall description. After analysis it has reached that stock market will influence the agriculture more than just providing an approach capitalization, therefore is an effective way to put investment in agriculture.Chapter four describes the basic conditions of agricultural listed companies through industrial distribution, direction of investment, management, management system, administration system. The relation with farmers and supervision by case analysis of agricultural listed companies in China.Chapter five propose that the agricultural modernization be realized by means of strengthening the agricultural investment, improving the agricultural construction and promoting the close combination between listed companies and farmers.
