Enterprise System Innovation - The Issue Of Property Rights

Beginning from innovation philosophy, this paper discusses the relations between institution innovation and technology innovation, and uses the institution innovation to research the problems about enterprise property rights. By differentiating the concept of property rights, this paper points out the view to oppose the deification of the property rights and the necessary for the building of the enterprise property rights transaction market (EPRTM). Having Investigated the history and new development in EPRTM, and having analyzed the problems , the paper states the mechanism of the EPRTM and gives some advices for the building of the EPRTM in Hunan province as an example in institution innovation.
