China's Online Banking Supervision Study

This thesis is based on the theory of banking supervision, premised on the practical development of internet-bank in our country, learned and absorbed the useful achievements of the scholars such as Yong Long, Zhang Qiang and international experiences. From the perspective of government supervision, inquire the problem of internet-bank supervision in our country comprehensively, systematically and thoroughly.First, the thesis put forward the subject that the sound development of internet-bank need government supervision. Proceed from this subject, the thesis investigated empirically the present conditions of internet-bank supervision in our country, sum up the peculiarity of internet-bank supervision and analyze the difficulty of government supervision with the game theory. At last, the thesis investigate the international experiences of E.U, Hong Kong and U.S.A, with which advance some measures to perfect the internet-bank supervision in our country, such as the organization system, the three levels risk control system, elastic market enter and prudent market quit.
