If we emphasize the rewards as major encouragement, it must encourage managers coming from the wrong reason, staying for the fault cause, and will leave for the false reason some day. So we can say that managers work for money, but also work for vital value. They seek amused working environment, and find fun thirstily through working. If we defy the fact, by some way, enterprises is bribing its employee, It will pay out price for lacking loyalty and offered spirit of employee.
