Nanjing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Financing Strategy

Based on the building of socialist market economic system, company gets the right for financing decisions and thereby financing management is brought into the important link of company financial management. Taking above as background and conducted by a combination of related analysis and comparative analysis, this paper describes the study on the subject of financing decisions of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. (NCIC), by means of the research and analysis of macro-environment and the situation of the company itself.The framework of this paper is illustrated as follows: From the beginning, this paper analyzes the situation and structure of the finance of NCIC, and tries to find the task and factors of its financing management. Chapter 2 researches the resources of financing of NCIC from different angles like quantity, cost, final economic results and methods etc. In chapter 4, this paper studies some long-term financing methods for NCJC through discussion on the environment of the macro-economy and the situation of reform and development of NCIC itself.
