Procuratorial Organs To Bring A Civil Action Research

This dissertation mainly talks about the necessity of founding the system that Chinese procuratorial organs should raise civil law suits, according to the nature of the procuratorial organs and the need to improve Chinese judicature examing system, especially after the entry to WTO. We should not only safeguard national interest but link up with law systems of other WTO members. On the basic of the inspection of the system that the procuratorial organs raise civil lawsuits in other counties, I believe that the range of civil lawsuits raised by the procuratorial organs should be in the cases which harm national and social public interest. This dissertation just undertakes the analysis and demonstration and put forward my own opinion according to the nature and the status of raising civil lawsuits by procuratorial organs and their rights and obligations in concrete lawsuits procedure. Finally, I give my suggestion that we should found the systam of civil law sules raised by procuratorial organs through legislation as soon as possible.
