Synopsis:Criminal law, as a basic law of a country, has not only a widespread applicability but also a flexible one in the area of minority nationalities according to the stipulations of the constitution and criminal law in one country.The criminal law in effect has met some obstruction and so far as to produce some conflict phenomenon between criminal law in force and customs of Tibetan nationality. Because Tibetans have been influenced by political and social system economic, basis, national culture religion, etc. in old Tibet. It's necessary to accommodate criminal laws in effect to circumstances and make additional laws in the light of the constitution and criminal law. There list some typical criminal example in this article and make a analysis in the range of politic, culture and religion. Then, I advance necessity and basis of to accommodate criminal laws and suggestion to make additional laws of part criminal.
