China's Industry To Compete Effectively Analysis And Countermeasures

And the industrial competition is the main factor that can measure the whole economy competitive power of a country, then the study of industrial competition efficiency is very important to the theory and the practice as well.in 1940, J·W·Clark first expound the theory of Workable Competition . After reading information based on many scholars' study on the theory of Workable Competition, I summarize the connotation of Workable Competition as four "coordination": Workable Competition is the coordination of short-range equilibrium and long-range equilibrium; Workable Competition is the coordination of economy scale and competitive power; Workable Competition is the coordination of individual advantage and collective effect; Workable Competition is the coordination of market mechanism and government policy.The essence of Workable competition is economy efficiency. So industrial workable competition is to get the optimum efficiency of industrial constraint by the present conditions. At the same time, the intervention of government can never be superseded because of its important function in making up for the loss of market and promoting the Workable Competition.On the basis of the theory of Workable competition, regarding market structure,market conduction ,market performance and the relations among them as its theory frame, the thesis analysis the industrial competition in our country and give the countermeasures including industrial policy and available method .Facing the challenge of the new competition in the domestic and overseas, the government should work out the industrial policy about market scale,market structure and market conduction to the problems: the concentration of industrial is low, the scale is uneconomic; the scale of enterprises is small and the power of auto-organization is week; monopoly resulting from politics and excessive competition exist at the same time; the whole industrial is still ineffective. Expand the market scale and unite the regional market；in order to improve the economy of scale, bankrupt some small factories, enlarge some enterprises, refine some enterprises, promote the collaboration of different scale enterprises, and fasten the technology, give the supporting measures of reformation; change that the monopoly resulting from politics and excessive competition exist at the same time; regulate the enterprises conduction of collaboration and competition for the reasonable market competition order.At the same time, bankrupting and merging are the method of industrial workable competition, , enlarge the enterprise scale, improve the concentration of industrial, readjust the industrial organization structure, and reach to the optimization of industrial resources allocation , then resolve the main problems in the industrial competition in our country and help to realize the industrial workable competition.
