On The Eco - Infringement

This article gives an account of ecological tort. First of all,the author points out the basic definition,legal features of ecological tort and the distinguish between this tort and other kinds of torts and crimes. Secondly,the author systematically explans the contractual liability principle and exception reason of ecological tort,thirdly,the author describes doctrines,types and manners of taking the responsibility of ecological tort in detail. Finally,the article raises two conclusions:one is that ecological tort is a new kind of problem which is different from any other torts and crimes;the other is that ecological tort has the reseach value in science and the utilized possibility in practice.
