And thank to mass adoption of information technology, information-managing system improves and strengthens the management on the movement of enterprise materials, funds, staffs and information. As a result, traditional operational ideas and managing patterns are impacted intensively and changed thoroughly.Under market-economy system, many Chinese managers gradually realize that information has decisive role in the competition. Information-managing system set up with advanced information technology is the necessary way for enterprises to gain superiority in the competition. A high efficient information-managing system is yearned for by all of them. But until now, few firms have successfully built information-managing system according with the demands and assisted enterprises in improving operational managing standard.
