In the field of market situation, It points out 2 major competitors of Chengdu Wildlife World: Bifengxia Wildlife World and Chongqing Wildlife World, and objectively analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Chengdu Wildlife World compared with above competitors. In the field of management, It points out the following problems of Chengdu Wildlife World: Number one is marketing channel problem, for it hasn't built clasping partnership with relevant travel agencies so far; Number two is market exploitation problem, for it only depends on Chengdu city's traveler resource, and it's development to exterior market surrounding Chengdu city is lack of depth and relevant measures; Number three is the problem of developing the management project, for the performance projects are simple and it becomes a restriction of expanding market share.
