Virtual Enterprise Conflict Analysis And Processing Extension Method

Following the manual workshop pattern, workshop pattern and Ford pattern of enterprise, virtual enterprise is an organization driven by market opportunity. Because of the geographical separation, information asymmetry, multi-entity and loose structure, conflicts are inevitable.For understanding conflict comprehensively and tackling conflict precisely, dynamic extension model and extension relation model are set up by utilizing the basic extension theories and methods, in accordance with its development process. The former describes the conflict qualitatively and the latter quantitatively. By studying conflict qualitatively and quantitatively, we can understand it comprehensively.On the basis of the above models, conflicts are tackled by extension transformations and transforming bridge method. There are two patterns to tackle conflict: microcosmic one and macroscopic one. The former tackles the conflict between members and the latter does the overall conflicts.The key and innovative contents of this dissertation cover:(1) The dynamic extension model and extension relation model of virtual enterprise conflict are set up by using extension theories.(2) The basic extension methods such as extension transformations and transforming bridge method are applied to tackle conflicts, which is a new method to tackle conflict.The dissertation is sub-project "Research on conjugate analysis of enterprise resource and extension resource " (NO. 010049), which is sponsored by Guangdong Natural Science Fund.
