The research of motivation and leader's behavior are the main topic of Organization Behavior. But the individual difference of a company and the changing of our time give it new implications, and make its content change.Both private companies and state-owned ones must complete their economic transformations because they are confronted with more drastic competition. Only after accomplishing this transformation, can these companies meet the new challenges and opportunities after the Chinese entrance into WTO. The economic transferring term has its own features, and this gives a new challenge to the research of the motivation and leader behavior. What can the companies do to lead them to survive in this special era successfully?The satisfying factor of work has intimate connection with one's accomplishment. Researchers like to use employees' satisfaction to analyze their companies these years. This article uses satisfaction investigation to learn the present situation of employees' activities and leader behaviors in different ownerships compares and analyzes them in order to draw useful conclusions for our companies.This article uses case study and investigates the present situations of employees' activities and leader behaviors in the strypped-down of state-owned enterprises ,the strypped-down of traitor to the public,in the nonstrypped-down of state-owned enterprises. Then it analyzes theconnection of strypped-down and motivation through mathematical statistics, compares employees' satisfaction and many hortative factors of different companies. And the author finds found the big difference in employees' satisfaction and their activities in the strypped-down of enterprises and the nonstrypped-down of enterprises, that is: employees' satisfaction is low in state-owned enterprises, it is better in the strypped-down of state-owned enterprise, and best in the strypped-down of traitor to the public. Then the author uses PM theory to compare and analyze the leader behaviors in different ownerships, and find the satisfaction about leaders' performance and team maintenance behavior in the strypped-down of traitor to the public is higher, while that in the strypped-down of state-owned enterprises is high and that in the nonstrypped-down of state-owned enterprises is low. This article is divided into four chapters.The first one is about motivation and leader behavior theories. Through the analysis of the present situation, it talks about the motivation and leader behaviors of the companies in economic transferring era and then brings forward the problem to be discussed. The second one emphasizes on the case study of employees' activities in this special era. It introduces the theory source and the design of the questionnaire. And then it introduces the selection of the investigated samples and research methods. All this testifies the scientific feature ofthe paper.The third one is mainly about the outcome of the investigation and the analysis of it. This part introduces the investigation progress and analyzes the motivation factors and leader behaviors to get some conclusions.The last one discusses the methods to motive employees, they are: establish modern corporation system, transform ownership, strengthen management to receive innovation in management, Strengthen the culture of corporation, and make leader's behavior improve to Employees' Satisfaction.
