The china's entry into WTO will boost the cooperative development between Chinese economy and world economy. In the meanwhile ,the entry is going to make comprehensive and profound impacts on Chinese legal system. In this case, the impacts will trigger a overall reformation of the Chinese legal system in term of its economic basis, its legal norm system and its legal values. From the perspective of legal norm, this thesis examines the conflict and coordination between Chinese legal norm system and WTO rule system. On the basis of analyzing the general relationships between the legal conflict and legal coordination, the thesis firstly expound the conflict and coordination relationships between the international law and domestic law, among the different departments of a country ,between the foreign law and domestic law. Thereafter, though studying the relationship between the WTO rule system and domestic law system, the thesis believe the conflict and coordination relationship between WTO rule system and domestic law system was appeared at three aspects, containing effect, application, recognition and enforcement. From the three aspect, the thesis analyze the conflict and coordination relationships between WTO rule system and Chinese legal norm system.
