On The Measure Of Labor Relations

On the basis of limiting the categories of labor relations and analyzing the determinants and determination mechanism of labor relations, this thesis draws the definition of labor relations. From the definition and the process in which the definition is drawn, the thesis draws three points from which someone judges labor relations. The three points are: the manifestations of labor relations; the bases, forms and inherent mechanism of building, running and adjusting labor relations; all the determinants of labor relations. In order to make the judgment practicable, the thesis establishes indexes systems for it, and then gives the basic judging methods which are feasible when certain norms are established. Finally, using these methods, the thesis inspects the transitional characteristics, current situation and tendencies of the labor relations in China.
