Grandease Group is a family firm with certain scale. At the starting of undertaking, the firm won the advantage of competition and make progress on the operating scale, relying on the advantage of local policy, the flexible operating institute and the effective motivation institute. With the developing of the firm enterprise, the internal organization becomes more and more complex, and the expectation of staffs and consumers becomes more and more higher. The past effective motivation institute of Grandease Group can't suit the charge situation, so the whole quality of the Group is showing of tendency to decline. In order to realize the persisting development, the scientific motivation institute must be set up.The staff-motivation is the topic of the article, which adopts the means of connecting the theory and practice, and as a whole states the history of the firm, the present conditions of organization and the meaning and the methods studying how to motivate the staffs. It put stress on stating the organization structure of the firm, the structure of the Human Resource and the features of Family Management of Human Resource. By analyzing the present motivation situation in Grandease Group, the problems existed in the progress of motivation are following: (1) lack of "ideas based on human"; (2) the monotonous stimulation methods; (3) due to the lack of scientific test evidences, the distributing system shows little equity. Learning from the experience accumulated by Dongfang Hope Group, this paper aims at providing practional methods for Grandease Group to set up a new motivation institute. From the above analysis and discussions, Grand-ease Group should follow the following principles to work out a scientific stimulation system i.e. (1) A combination of systemization with humanization; (2) To fulfill the staffs requirement as well as direct the staff's requirement; (3) To combine relative stability with suitable competition work. By investigating the staff's requirements and taking into consideration the enterprises' requests, here has worked out four measures to resolve the motivation problem facing Grandease Group: (1) Set up a reward system based on one's achievements; (2) Offer staffs enough rights to take part in the management of the business; (3) Construct a healthy organization culture and strengthen the cohesion of the enterprise; (4) Pay more attention to the staff-training and the self-realizing requirements of the staffs.
