Now, mini-enterprises have become the most active factor in the social economy. They are the important component of the country economy, but they are also the problem of all countries. According to the idea of APEC, the mini-enterprises usually have five difficulties: admittance of market, financing of capital, introduction of person, communion of information and appliance of science and technology. Though the mini-enterprises are facing these problems, they still have important effect on the development of the country's economy.The city economy system reformation and finance reformation of China bring opportunity and space for the development of mini-enterprises, but the quick development of market causes the difficulty on the financing of mini-enterprises. So it is necessary to research on the financing of mini-enterprises.The thesis includes five sections: firstly, the thesis introduces the economic theory of mini-enterprises, narrates the necessity of existence of mini-enterprises and the functions, and explains the financing methods and financing problems. Secondly, the thesis compares the financing methods and financing construction of mini-enterprises in foreign developing countries, and points out the development trend of our country. Thirdly, the thesis puts forward the concrete resolution: we should develop non-public rights and interests capital market and cultivate risk investment fund on the stock financing; we should strengthen the relation with banks on the liabilities financing; we should expand the financing methods and change the financing construction, and form the different financing construction according to the different development stages of mini-enterprises on the financing construction. Fourthly, the thesis fingers out five factors having affect on financing efficiency and analyses each of the factor. Finally, the thesis points out the role of the government in the financing of mini-enterprises.In the thesis there are two new points. One is that the improvement of financing construction should be based on the different periods of mini-enterprises. The other is that except for financing cost, four factors affect the financing efficiency.
