| In this paper, it firstly expounded the concepts and basic characters of high-tech, high-tech industry and VC, analyzed that VC could promote the industrialization of high-tech, and on the basis of this, discussed the current situation of VC of high tech-industry in our country and pointed out the main problems existed during the procedure of VC of our country according to the experience of VC development overseas. It emphatically analyzed the constitutes, operating mechanism and outer environment of VC system of high-tech industry by use of systems analysis, and put forward the whole train of thoughts to develop the multiple VC system and the importance of the government of our country in developing VC in high-tech industry. Finally, it looks into the future of VC in our country after the entry of WTO. |
