Chinese Enterprises' Technological Innovation Ecology Research

With the continuous deterioration of ecological environment, the ecological environmental problem has become a concern to more and more people, and it poses a challenge on enterprises' management and technological innovation. Ecological civilization will be in a dominant position in the 21 st century, technology is the main cause of environment pollution. Whereas, it is one of the most effective ways of solving environmental problem. Ecological technology is the main mode of technology development in future. Ecologization of technological innovation will be the inevitable trend, which will influence the enterprises' development strategy and even a country's.The limitation of the traditional technological innovation theory lies in its not having taken considered ecological factor in the process of technological innovation. While ecological technological innovation is a new innovation system which integrates the ecological idea into every stage of technological innovation, thereby leads technological innovation to being beneficial to resource, environment protection, economy and society. In this papers, firstly, the author make out basis for the theory of ecologization of technology innovation, by putting forward a clear definition of ecologization of technology innovation, taking the basis assumption of ecological man, and regarding ecological factors such as ecologization of management, ecologization of technology innovation, natural resources and its impact on the environment as a kind of capital, using qualitative and quantitative methods. Secondly, the author constructs the theory of ecologization of technology innovation, further analysis the concept of ecological system, ecological morality, double-edged function of technology and technology utility. Thirdly, the author makes a study on the ecological innovation mechanism in an enterprise. Finally, the author offers suggestions and tactics on ecologization of technology innovation in china.
