The career of local taxation is the career of people coming from local taxation, therefore, it is an urgent strategic task to strengthen the construction of the cadre team for Dalian Local Taxation Bureau in order to change the working style of cadres, erect the service awareness, improve the whole management level, employment quality, found a new image among the Dalian government institutions, even in the all country's taxation field. Certainly, it is a gradual course which can not be finished in a short time. Above all, we must make better position analyses for a solid human resource management foundation in recruitment, evaluation, promotion and training.
